Terms of Service — Sagentix Advisors

1. Services

Sagentix Advisors Inc. (“Sagentix,” “we,” “our”) provides evidence-based go-to-market strategy consulting services. Engagement scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual engagement agreements or Stripe checkout confirmations.

2. Phase 1 Money-Back Guarantee

Phase 1 Market Intelligence engagements include a money-back guarantee. If the deliverable reveals no new insights about your market, competitive landscape, or buyer dynamics, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of deliverable receipt. The deliverable remains yours regardless of refund status.

3. Payment Terms

Phase 1 PoC engagements are payable via Stripe at checkout. Foundation, Revenue Architecture, and Full GTM tiers are invoiced via Stripe following a scoping proposal. Payment terms are Net 15 unless otherwise agreed. Phase 1 fees are credited toward larger tier purchases.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables produced during your engagement. Sagentix retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and IP artifacts used to produce deliverables. We may reference the engagement in anonymized form for marketing purposes only with your written consent.

5. Confidentiality

All engagements are covered by mutual NDA signed before onboarding. All deliverables are marked CONFIDENTIAL. Client data, strategies, and business information are never shared across engagements, used in marketing, or retained after engagement close without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sagentix provides strategic advisory services and research-backed recommendations. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or investment returns. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

7. Website Use

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
